The following survey is designed to help families and students identify the students' needs and preferences for a high school. Please fill out the registration information, and the instructions for taking the survey will be emailed to you.

For survey participants from neighborhoods in which NY ACORN's High School Choice Staff are actively working (listed at the end of this survey), workshop leaders will research various high school options based on your responses and contact you with their findings. We hope this will help to narrow your search.

For those participants who do not live within the designated neighborhoods, please use this survey as a tool to help you start thinking about important factors and qualities in a high school to consider while researching your options.
